<p>A magnet pole (31) is constituted of an integrated magnet (44) comprising a main permanent magnet piece (41), a pair of sub-permanent magnet pieces (42, 42) and a pair of sub-permanent magnet pieces (43, 43) that are integrated with each other. The main permanent magnet piece (41) is magnetized in the direction of the axis of rotation; the pair of sub-permanent magnet pieces (42, 42) are arranged on one side in the direction of the axis of rotation and on both sides of the main permanent magnet piece (41) in the circumferential direction thereof and are magnetized respectively in the directions orthogonal to the direction of the axis of rotation and to the radial direction so that the magnetic poles having the same polarity as that of the magnetic pole of the main permanent magnet piece (41) on the above-said one side in the direction of the axis of rotation face each other; and the pair of sub-permanent magnet pieces (43, 43) are arranged on the other side in the direction of the axis of rotation and on both sides of the main permanent magnet piece (41) in the circumferential direction thereof and are magnetized respectively in the directions orthogonal to the direction of the axis of rotation and to the radial direction so that the magnetic poles having the same polarity as that of the main permanent magnet piece (41) on the above-said other side in the direction of the axis of rotation face each other; and a portion of the main permanent magnet piece (41) is exposed to a pair of stators (12, 12).</p> |
