CONSTITUTION: An encrypted broadcasting data in which a host(201) is encrypted is received. A security module(200) offers the information required for the decryption algorithm of broadcast data to the host. The security module performs communication with the host. The security module comprises a message generator(210) and a transmit unit(220). The message generating unit generates a user notification message including the information about the created event. The transmit unit transmits the user notification message in the host.
