PURPOSE: A cooking and insulating oven using a vacuum space is provided to enable food to be deliciously cooked and to reduce nutrient loss by reducing the time for cooking using a vacuum space. CONSTITUTION: A cooking and insulating oven using a vacuum space comprises a cooking and insulating space(300), a door, a steaming unit(600), and a control device. A cooking and insulating space has a vacuum space sealed between an inner wall and an exterior wall. The vacuum space is formed between heat shielding plates. The door has an insulating function opening and closing an opened one side. The steaming unit generates the steam and the superheated steam prepared inside the space for cooking and insulating. The control device controls the steaming unit.
