METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SYNTHETIC RESIN PLATE FORMED PHOTONIC CRYSTAL AND THE SYNTHETIC RESIN PLATE

PURPOSE: A synthetic resin plate manufacturing method in which photonic crystal is formed and a synthetic resin plate manufactured with the method thereof are provided to use micro or nano photonic crystals of various color to various products of design materials. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin plate manufacturing method is as follows. A master stamp having photonic crystal patterns is located on a polymer sheet. The photonic crystal pattern of the master stamp is transferred in the polymer sheet surface and has the polymer mold formed. The master stamp and polymer sheet are separated from one another. A silicon oxide serial substance is deposited on the surface of the polymer mold. A form film is formed on surface of the silicon oxide serial substance by coating SAM(Self Assembled Monolayer) of liquid or vapor type. The fused synthetic resin is poured in the polymer mold(S110). The photonic crystal pattern of the polymer mold is transferred on the surface of the synthetic resin in a casting method or a molding method(S120). The synthetic resin having photonic crystal pattern, and polymer mold are separated(S130).
