<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate priority of a work in process which has not been allocated to demand. <P>SOLUTION: A priority calculation unit 124 of a priority calculation device 110 specifies, for each production process, a lot queuing for processing in the production process, a product category using the lot and the quantity of components included in the lot, on the basis of information stored in a queue information storage area 115, and allocates priority to each lot so that, when a specific lot is supplied to the production stage, a lot wherein a ratio per product category of components contained in a lot belonging to processing subsequent to the processing in the production process gets closer to a ratio of demand specified for each product category by the information stored in a demand information storage area 113, is preferentially supplied into the production process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
