PRODUCTION SYSTEM AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR ALUMINUM ALLOY BILLET, AND ALUMINUM ALLOY BILLET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production system for an aluminum alloy billet which can achieve the further quality stabilization and operation stabilization in an aluminum alloy billet used as the stock for working.

SOLUTION: When an aluminum alloy billet obtained by continuously casting an aluminum alloy molten metal so as to be a bar shape is cut into a prescribed length by a cutting apparatus 13, thereafter, distinguishing marks are imparted to the cut aluminum alloy billets and they are loaded on a production conveyance container, casting conditions and detection results of the aluminum alloy billets are memorized in the memory unit 283 of a production management apparatus 28 so as to be matched with the distinguishing marks.
