PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise a rate of detecting abnormal values included in environmental load.

SOLUTION: An apparatus 10 for evaluating environmental load includes an estimated value calculating unit 121 for calculating an estimated price of each component making up a product, based on the member prices of members making up each component and on a producer price that is the cost required to produce the members; an estimation rate calculating unit 122 for calculating an estimation rate that is the ratio of the estimated price to the producer price; a basic unit calculating unit 123 for calculating a basic unit that is the ratio of environmental load to the unit amount of components; an analytical unit 124 for analyzing the estimation rate calculated by the estimation rate calculating unit 122 and the basic unit calculated by the basic unit calculating unit 123; and an output unit 18 for outputting the result of analysis by the analytical unit 124.
