SUBSTRATE WHICH MIMICS INTERCELLULAR LIPID OF LAYER CORNEUM, AND METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF SKIN DAMAGE USING SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in vitro model substrate of layer lipid with high structural homogeneity and easy to measure structural change of lipid and a method for evaluation of skin damage using in the substrate concerned.

SOLUTION: The substrate which mimics intercellular lipid of layer corneum consists of a substrate and a lipid membrane formed on the substrate concerned, where the lipid membrane concerned is formed from ceramide, palmitic acid and cholesterol, and ceramide, palmitic acid and cholesterol exist at 20 to 70%:10 to 60%:20 to 40% of the mass ratio, respectively.
