<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently analyze gas supplied from a part for supplying the gas. <P>SOLUTION: This analysis apparatus includes a trapping unit (member constituted by the trapping film 3 and a trapping vessel 2) having a trapping film 3 (for example, porous polymer) for trapping gas and can arrange the trapping film 3 so that the gas (for example, skin gas generated from human body), trapped by the trapping film 3 interferes with terahertz waves or the infrared rays generated from a generating section 8. The trapping unit includes a structure (trapping vessel 2), capable of coming into contact with the part 1 (for example, a human body such as an arm and hand ) for supplying the gas.
