PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic-toned decorative sheet capable of maintaining sufficiently an attractive appearance of a metal foil, even when applied to a hard resin. SOLUTION: This metallic-toned decorative sheet A includes a polyethylene terephthalate resin layer 1 containing a polyethylene terephthalate as a main component, and having 25-500 MPa of tensile stress at 5% of expansion, an aluminum foil 2 of a metal foil layer with an embossed metal foil, and a transparent resin layer 3, in this order. In concretely saying, the transparent resin layer 3 is provided on an upper face of a thermoplastic film 6 via a print coating layer 7, a shape holding layer 5 comprising an adhesive is provided on an under face, to be bonded onto the embossed aluminum foil 2, and the polyethylene terephthalate resin layer 1 is provided on an under face of the aluminum foil 2 via a polypropylene synthetic resin layer 4.
