PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce interference between cells even if assigning reference signal sequences without any complicated cell design. SOLUTION: In the mobile communication system, a reference signal sequence includes a plurality of signal sequences assigned in slot units in a prescribed channel, based on a hopping pattern and a sequence shift pattern. The hopping pattern is determined, based on a prescribed physical channel or slot and SFN numbers in a prescribed physical signal. The sequence shift pattern is determined, based on identification information of a cell to which the prescribed physical channel or the prescribed physical signal has been set.
