PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent particle acquisition property to electronic components from which densities of connection terminals are different in regions. SOLUTION: A resin composition containing conductive particles 13 containing a magnetic material is coated on a stripping base material 12 with a magnetic field impressed on a part of it, the resin composition on the stripping base material 12 is dried, then, a resin layer having a first region 21 with conductive particles dispersed on a surface, and a second region 22 having more conductive particles per unit area than the first region 21 is formed.
