<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DVD creating system for creating a DVD by which ITVR (Industrial TeleVision Recorder) specific information can be displayed together with a camera image by a DVD player for reproducing a commercially available DVD. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the DVD creating system for creating the DVD by dubbing a camera image to be stored in an ITVR to a DVD medium in a DVD-Video format, the ITVR includes an AVI data creating section for converting data of the camera image into AVI data and a caption data creating section for creating caption data so as to display as a caption information associated to the camera image when motion is watched in the camera image. A DVD creating apparatus is provided which includes a DVD data creating section for authoring the AVI data and the caption data and a DVD data writing section for writing the DVD data onto the DVD medium.
