PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an error in azimuth direction when a target signal is a short-time signal or a transient signal, and also detect and display signals received simultaneously from different azimuth directions. Ž
SOLUTION: A target signal detector includes a short-time signal determination part 18 and a frequency directional vector addition part 19. The short-time signal determination part 18 divides azimuth vectors into a plurality of groups of certain ranges of the azimuth directions and determines, among the groups, a group containing a certain number or more azimuth vectors as a short-time signal. The frequency directional vector addition part 19 repeats operations of selecting one short-time signal from the azimuth vectors belonging to a frequency band containing n short-time signals (n refers to a natural number) among a plurality of frequency bands, removing the azimuth vectors of other short-time signals, and then adding up the respective azimuth vectors to calculate a frequency direction addition vector, until all of the n short-time signals are selected.
