PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify data synchronization in a terminal as much as possible in data synchronization between a terminal and a synchronization server. SOLUTION: The method synchronizes the data of at least one application in a network system which comprises at least one terminal, at least one synchronization server, and a first database existing in the terminal and a second database. According to the method, a setting message necessary for synchronizing application data is generated and the data have at least a setting of the second database. The setting message is transmitted to the terminal from the synchronization server. Synchronization connection is performed between the terminal and the server to perform synchronization. The synchronization connection and at least a part of the data are used to initialize synchronization.
