<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to set a trimming code that has taken into consideration errors due to variations in the manufacturing step. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device generates a trimming code TMRC (=TMRC1) that adjusts an output voltage Va of a power source to be adjusted 1 while varying it, stores the trimming code TMRC in a trimming code storage circuit 3 when the output voltage Va of the power source to be adjusted 1 reaches a value corresponding to a target voltage Vt, and sets the output voltage Va of the power source to be adjusted 1 based on the stored trimming code TMRC (=TMRC2).
