<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel-solidification preventive device of a construction machine capable of suppressing a generation of waxy oil content in a fuel, that is, suppressing a generation of fuel-solidification. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A fuel-solidification preventive device of the construction machine provided with a fuel tank 15 having a fuel suction port 15D at a bottom part includes: a hydraulic tank 16 for storing hydraulic oil O inside of the tank, which is disposed in proximity to the fuel tank 15; and a heat pipe 17 for transmitting heat of the hydraulic oil O to fuel F by introducing one end 17A into the hydraulic oil tank 16 and by disposing the other end 17B at the bottom face side of the fuel tank 15.
