PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress the tension variation of a rubber strip 13 during winding it onto a molded object 26. SOLUTION: Feeding force is applied to the rubber strip 13 by applying rotational torque from a driving motor 80 to a winding roller 72 when the rubber strip 13 is wound onto the molded object 26. Since the feeding force is weaker than winding force by the molded object 26, the winding roller 72 fundamentally receives the winding force of the molded object 26 to carry out follow-up rotation. As a result, even when winding is accelerated/decelerated, a rotational dislocation hardly occurs between the molded object 26 and the winding roller 72, thereby suppressing the tension variation of the rubber strip 13 effectively.
