<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device whose malfunction resulting from a lower voltage is suppressed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes a plurality of memory cells, a sense amplifier, and one or more pad arrays including a plurality of pads for electric connections with the outside, and the pad arrays include a plurality of sense amplifier grounding pads disposed at ends of the pad arrays or in the pad arrays and supplying a ground potential to the sense amplifier, and a signal pad for inputting at least a signal, at least one pad of different kind excluding the signal pad being arranged between the sense amplifier grounding pads and signal pad.
