<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camshaft device preventing the generation of noise or the like by absorbing the inclination of an axis or the like due to the deformation of the camshaft or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This camshaft device includes a housing 12 having a bearing hole 21c, a needle bearing 14 fitted in the bearing hole 21c, and the camshaft 11 supported by the needle bearing 14 in such a manner that the same can freely rotate. An inner circumference surface of the bearing hole 21c of the housing 12 is formed in a concave spherical shape, the outer circumference surface of an outer ring 14b of the needle bearing 14 is formed in a convex spherical shape, and the outer ring 14b of the needle bearing 14 is fitted in the bearing hole 21c in such a manner that the same can freely rock.
