The present invention configures an alarm device (1), comprising, a sensor that detects a stopped vehicle on the road, a communication means comprising a transmitter that transmits a detection signal of the stopped vehicle from said sensor and a receiver that receives said transmission signal, a warning light (4) that receives a signal from the receiver of said communication means to undergo on/off operations, and a solar cell (3) that supplies power to said sensor, communication means, and warning light (4), installed on a road at a certain distance, and if a detection signal of a stopped vehicle is transmitted from any one of the alarm devices, warning lights of the alarm devices that are within the reception range of the detection signal are configured to be turned off simultaneously so that various accidents that may occur due to a stopped vehicle on a road dedicated to automobiles, such as an expressway, may be effectively prevented. |
