PURPOSE: A prefabricated thermocouple and a temperature measuring device of a continuous casting with the same are provided to accurately measure the temperature of a copper plate by elastically pressing a measuring part to contact the copper plate. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated thermocouple(10) comprises a measuring part(12), a wire cover part(20), an elastic part(30), and a fixing part(40). The measuring part senses temperature using a thermoelectromotive force. The wire cover part protects a power line(14) connected to the measuring part. The elastic part is wound in the wire cover part. The fixing part comprises a guide member(42) covering the end part of the elastic part. The wire cover part comprises a cylindrical outer casing and a stopper(24) which is interconnected between the outer casing and the measuring part so as to support the elastic part.
