摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anion deficit non-stoichiometric lithium iron phosphate represented by chemical formula Li<SB>1-x</SB>Fe(PO<SB>4</SB>)<SB>1-y</SB>(0&le;x&le;0.15, 0<y&le;0.05) useful for a positive-electrode active material for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: The anion deficit non-stoichiometric lithium iron phosphate is manufactured in a process including the steps of: (a) forming a lithium iron phosphate precursor by mixing an Fe precursor, a phosphoric acid compound, an alkalization agent, and a lithium precursor; (b) forming anion deficit non-stoichiometric lithium iron phosphate by mixing the lithium iron phosphate precursor formed in the step (a) with water under a reaction condition of the temperature of 200-700&deg;C and the pressure of 18-55 MPa (180-550 bar) and then drying; and (c) baking the anion deficit non-stoichiometric lithium iron phosphate formed in the step (b), or granulating it then baking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
