摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery with superb stability at high temperature and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery with a cathode having a porous cathode mixture layer formed on the surface of a collector, an anode having a porous anode mixture layer on the surface of a collector, and a porous separating material as constituent elements, the porous separating material is formed on a cathode surface and/or an anode surface, and contains crosslinking resin by 40 vol.% or more to a total volume of the constituent elements, with at least part of the crosslinking resin contained in the porous separating material existing in the cathode mixture layer and/or the anode mixture layer. The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery can be manufactured by a method including a process of, for instance, coating a separating-material forming coating containing monomers, crosslinking agents and the like, and irradiating energy beams on it to synthesize the crosslinking resin, and at the same time, to form the separating material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
