<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and high-efficient three-phase power conversion apparatus, relating to a technology for reducing noises that occur in an output, with no provision of a commercial isolation transformer. <P>SOLUTION: The three-phase power conversion apparatus includes a first conversion arm containing IGBT 111-114 connected between a positive electrode terminal P and a negative electrode terminal N, a first relay terminal M1, diodes 115 and 116, and an input filter reactor 1041, a second conversion arm containing IGBT 131-134 connected between the positive electrode terminal P and the negative electrode terminal N, a second relay terminal M2, diodes 135 and 136, and an input filter reactor 1043, a third conversion arm containing IGBT 211-214 connected between the positive electrode terminal P and the negative electrode terminal N, a third relay terminal M3, diodes 215 and 216, and an output filter reactor 2041, and a fourth conversion arm containing IGBT 231-234 connected between the positive electrode terminal P and the negative electrode terminal N, a fourth relay terminal M4, diodes 235 and 236, and an output filter reactor 2043.
