PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device for an electric appliance equipped with another function, and advantageously, capable of improving an operation function of the operation device. SOLUTION: The operation device for an electric appliance is provided with a control panel and an operation element for a rotation actuation operation arranged on it. The operation element is attached to a cup-shaped housing part, and at least one additional touch-sensitive switch is arranged in a region of the control panel in the vicinity of or around the operation element.
