PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood treating apparatus capable of easily discharging air because air is hardly retained within a space SP, and as a result, permitting swift performance of priming and dialysis treatment. SOLUTION: The blood treating apparatus (1) includes an obstacle member (11) with a base end part (11.1) fixed within a housing (2) and the distal end of a body part (11.2) extended in the longitudinal direction of the housing (2) toward a blood outlet port (5.2), and a plurality of holes (11.3) are formed on the outer periphery of the base end part (11.1) of the obstacle member (11).
