<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and appropriately fix a cushion member at a desired attachment position without requiring high accuracy in positioning. Ž<P>SOLUTION: On a rear face 12 of a vehicular door trim 10, latching portions 20 are integrally formed so as to meet a plurality of fixing portions 16a-16f, and the cushion member 14 is integrally locked and fixed to each of the latching portions 20. Each of the latching portions 20 has a press-in hole 24 and a plurality of latching claws 26. By pressing the cushion member 14 into the press-in hole 24 while the plurality of latching claws 26 are elastically deformed, the press-in portion 14r is latched with respect to the plurality of latching claws 26 for locking. Accordingly, the cushion member 14 can be fixed by being flatly placed at a predetermined position of the vehicular door trim 10 and being only pressed into the press-in hole 24, thus easily and appropriately fixing the cushion member 14 at a predetermined arrangement position.
