<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food slicer changing the slicing angles of cutting objects, and cutting so that the cut ends of sliced pieces have a beautiful shape. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a feed conveyor 20 for feeding the cutting objects to a cutting position of a blade, a pair of upper and lower folded shafts 22 are arranged near an inlet 6 of a cutting room 5 through which the cutting objects enter. A pair of vertically oriented rotary shafts 25a and 25b are interlockingly rotatably disposed below the inlet 6, and conveyor bases are respectively fixed to these rotary shafts. An endless conveyor belt 65 traveling while folding back through the folded shafts 22 is placed between a first drive roll 32 disposed at one conveyor base and a guide roll 62 disposed at the other conveyor. An intersection angle α in the travelling direction of the conveyor belt 65 with respect to the longitudinal direction of the folded shafts 22 is variable within a predetermined angle range by rotatingly moving one conveyor base or the other conveyor base.
