<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous rectifier circuit that prevents the generation of a penetration current by controlling the switching timing of a switching element for synchronous rectification by a simple circuit configuration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The synchronous rectifier circuit (DC-DC converter) 1 includes a CR integration circuit 23 for delaying an output of a secondary-side main winding 10B, and a discharging circuit 24 which discharges a gate voltage of a rectifying transistor Q2 by making a transistor Q3 conductive by receiving an output of the CR integration circuit 23. By such a configuration, the rectifying transistor Q2 is turned off earlier than the timing at which the polarities of output voltages of the secondary-side main winding 10B and a secondary-side auxiliary winding 10C are switched due to the turned-on primary-side transistor Q1.
