<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor capable of reducing moving image noise and obtaining a high-quality image signal by reducing the noise in a time-series image signal corresponding to a moving image picked up by an imaging system; and an image processing program. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A time-series image signal picked up by a CCD 102 and digitized by an A-D converter 104 is subjected to spatial noise reduction processing by a spatial noise reduction part 106 and stored in a first past buffer 107; a first movement amount is detected by a first movement detection part 108; and a time noise reduction part 109 carries out noise reduction processing of the image signal in the time direction using the movement amount.
