PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat capable of increasing a sinking-in (moving) distance of the body to the seat back side in a rear-end collision, and capable of effectively reducing a shock applied to an occupant in the rear-end collision independently of a headrest. SOLUTION: This vehicular seat S has a seat back frame 1, the headrest S3, a pressure receiving member 20 movable independently of the headrest S3, and a rotary member 30 as a shock reducing member arranged on at least one side in a side part on both sides of the seat back frame 1. Though the rotary member 30 rotates by a predetermined impact load independently of the headrest S3, the rotary member 30 is connected to an energizing means 35 for energizing the pressure receiving member 20 to the front side of the seat back frame 1 via a connecting member 22. The energizing means 35 is constituted so as to be always positioned on the vehicle lower side than a rotary shaft 32 of the rotary member 30 over time after operation from time before the operation of the rotary member 30.
