PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-purpose antiphlogistic whose effective components are highly safe substances derived from naturally occurring materials. SOLUTION: The antiphlogistic includes an extract from the bark of Schima wallichii or the bark of Quercus semicarpifolia and not less than two kinds selected from among phospholipase A2 inhibitors, hyaluronidase inhibitors, and histamine release inhibitors as effective components.
