PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic means capable of correcting cilium in upward direction by oneself simply, and also excellent in durability of maintaining such the state for a long time. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is provided by consisting of liquid dispersing the fine particles of an organic polymer compound in water, forming a film having an affinity with skin on coagulating the organic polymer compound by drying the liquid and shrinking the film accompanying with drying. Here, as the organic polymer compound, it is possible to use a mixture of the organic polymer compound forming rubber latex and the organic polymer compound forming synthetic resin emulsion. Also, it is preferable that the ratio of the rubber latex is 40 to 62 wt.% and the ratio of the synthetic resin emulsion is 33 to 55 wt.%.
