PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse run prevention stopper device preventing the reverse run of an article to be conveyed moved on a wheel conveyor. SOLUTION: The reverse run prevention stopper device comprises a stopper member 5 projected to a moving path of the article; and a support member 6 for rotatably supporting the stopper member 5. The stopper member 5 has a center of gravity at a lower side than a support position by the support member 6 and is configured to retain the standing state by its own weight. The support member 6 has a constitution that it is mounted and fixed to the end of the wheel conveyor 2. The stopper member 5 only falls down in an advancement direction of the article and is joined to the support member so as to retain the standing state in a retreating direction.
