<p>A radio base station (1) receives a CQI notification that includes both an SB-CQI, which is the CQI of an SB having the highest CQI in each of a plurality of BPs, and a WB-CQI which is an average of the CQIs of a downstream frequency band. Moreover, the radio base station (1) performs an interpolation of the CQI of a missing SB, using the lower one of the SB-CQI, which is the CQI of another SB included in the same BP as the missing SB, or the WB-CQI.</p> |
