<p>Disclosed is a light-emitting element which comprises at least a transparent conductive layer having a refractive index of not less than 1.7. The surface of the transparent conductive layer has a recessed and projected part which is formed by providing the surface of the transparent conductive layer with a plurality of portions that are recessed with respect to the surface taken as the reference. The shortest distance between the centers of adjacent recessed portions is not less than 100 nm but not more than 1,200 nm, and the depth of each recessed portion is not less than 60 nm but not more than 350 nm.</p> |
