PURPOSE: A board unit for jumping exercise and a shock-absorbing leg are provided to actively cope with user's taste with various boards and to absorb the impact of strength and weakness more effectively. CONSTITUTION: A board unit for jumping exercise includes: a main board(110) which has sidewall which is projected from the top along the whole girth of even base board; an inner panel(120) which covers the base board of the main body and is combined with the inner sidewall of main board; and an upper panel(130) which is prepared at the upper surface of the inner panel and is made of soft materials having soft tactility.
