PROTECTING LAYER USING GLANCING ANGLE DEPOSITION AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A protective film using glancing angle deposition and a manufacturing device for the same are provided to ensure improved luminance of a display panel by selectively forming a protection layer on columnar micro-structures in consideration of luminance improvement. CONSTITUTION: A protective film using glancing angle deposition comprises a substrate(100), an anisotropic thin film layer, and a protection layer. The substrate is inclined at an angle and rotated. The anisotropic thin film layer has columnar micro-structures which are formed at regular intervals on the substrate. The protection layer is deposited at an angle on the columnar micro-structures of the anisotropic thin film and protects the columnar micro-structures.
