<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire joint part-forming device of which automation is possible with superior productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The electric wire joint part-forming device 10 includes a bar-code reading device 11 to acquire manufacturing information, a connection part-forming unit 13 by which conductor parts of a plurality of electric wires selected and supplied based on the manufacturing information are electrically connected to each other to form a connection part, a tube sending-out/cutting unit 20 by which a predetermined length of a lengthy insulating tube 4 selected and supplied based on the manufacturing information is sent out to be cut by a certain length, a welding unit 30 by which one opening part of the cut insulating tube 4 is welded and closed and the other opening part of the insulating tube 4 and insulating outer covers of the plurality of the electric wires are welded to form the electric wire joint part, a conveying unit 15 by which the plurality of the electric wires are moved to insert the connection part from the other opening part of the insulating tube 4 to a predetermined position in the insulating tube 4, and a delivery unit 16 by which the plurality of the electric wires are delivered where the electric wire joint part is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
