PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium that is extremely hard to be forged. SOLUTION: The information recording medium is configured to record information by means of a plurality of minute holes formed in a layered body. The layered body includes an intermediate layer including a luminous material. The minute holes are formed obliquely from the surface of the layered body to reach the intermediate layer.
