<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition which provides a high-contrast color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition includes a colorant, a binder resin, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator and a solvent and contains a colorant represented by formula (A-I) and a yellow dye, wherein R<SP>1</SP>-R<SP>18</SP>each represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a 1-8C aliphatic hydrocarbon group, nitro, phenyl, -SO<SB>2</SB>NHR<SP>21</SP>, -SO<SB>3</SB><SP>-</SP>or -COOR<SP>22</SP>, provided that at least one of R<SP>1</SP>-R<SP>18</SP>represents -SO<SB>3</SB><SP>-</SP>; R<SP>19</SP>and R<SP>20</SP>each represent a hydrogen atom, methyl, ethyl or amino; M represents Cr or Co; n represents an integer of 2-5; and D represents a hydrogen atom, a monovalent metal cation or a monovalent cation derived from a compound having a xanthene skeleton. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
