<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is necessary to respond to requests for high resolution and various image processings to improve image quality, accordingly, the data quantity of attribute data for selecting an image processing suitable for data from various image processings is increasing due to high resolution and multi-bits, and a large quantity of memories are necessary. <P>SOLUTION: The number of kinds of attributes included in a divided region is determined, and the data format of attribute data is changed according to the number of the kinds to reduce the data size.
