<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element which is constituted by using the first linear electrode and the second plate-like electrode and is capable of preventing the first electrode and the second electrode from being short-circuited. <P>SOLUTION: This photoelectric conversion element 1A(1) is arranged with the first electrode 10 and the second electrode 20 formed into separate bodies, via an electrolyte 30. The second electrode has the first foil-like conductor 21 in each of both faces of a foil-like nonconductive base material 22, and the first conductor 21 is coated with a nonconductive film 25 in at least one part of an exposed face. The first electrode 10 is formed into a wire-like shape, is constituted of at least the first conductive wire material 11 and a porous oxide semiconductor layer 12, arranged in an outer circumference of the first wire material and carrying a pigment and is arranged to be wound around an outside of the second electrode 20. The electrolyte 30 is contained in spaces/a space of the porous oxide semiconductor layer 12 and/or the nonconductive film 25, and the second electrode 20 has a structure for exposing the plate-like nonconductive base material 22, in an angled part which is wound with the first electrode 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
