<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that occupant protecting performance by a headrest and the like may not sufficiently function because twisting is generated on a seat frame due to the sinking of a free side link upon a rear collision and the collapse of a seating posture of an occupant caused by reaction for returning after that occurs. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The free side link 16F disposed so as to tilt backward is formed to have teeth 18 at an upper side 16a. A stopper link 22 having stopper pins 20 capable of being engaged with the teeth at a free end is provided so as to rock to a seat rear side while using a floor body side journal point as a rocking fulcrum at an adjacent position to the free side link. Upon the rear collision of a vehicle, under rear inertia rocking of the stopper link 22 from a non-engaging position, the stopper pins 20 of the stopper link are engaged with the teeth 18 of the free side link.
