PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic device capable of suppressing the influence of noise while arranging a signal line to an electronic component and maintaining the sensitivity of a non-contact IC card. SOLUTION: A cellular phone has: a first housing rear case 5; a sheet-like non-contact IC card antenna which is arranged inside the first housing rear case 5; a speaker which is arranged inside the first housing rear case 5 and outputs sound; a control part which is arranged inside the first housing rear case 5 and processes signals from the non-contact IC card antenna and the speaker; and a speaker signal line 9 which connects the speaker with the control part, wherein the speaker signal line 9 is arranged over a sheet surface of the non-contact IC card antenna.
