PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective calibration technology of a frequency offset which is inherent between a gate oscillator of a conventional gate oscillator and an input signal. SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit 200 includes the gate oscillator 201 and a calibration circuit 202. The gate oscillator 201 produces an oscillation signal in accordance with a control signal S<SB>ctrl</SB>, and arranges an edge of the oscillation signal and an edge of a gate signal SG after receiving the gate signal SG. The calibration circuit 202 receives a first clock signal and a second clock signal after being combined to the gate oscillator 201, and detects an arrangement operation of the gate oscillator 201 in accordance with the first clock signal and the second clock signal, then produces the control signal S<SB>ctrl</SB>, in accordance with the detected arrangement operation.
