<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency situation securing system with which detailed site situation can be secured by extracting a plurality of imaging apparatuses that can image the site where an emergency state occurs and imaging the site from different angles. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the emergency situation securing system, a plurality of imaging apparatuses 11 are installed in a monitoring target area while keeping spacings from one another, when a cellular phone 21 existing within the monitoring target area inputs an emergency notification signal to an information center, a data processor 19 provided in the information center selects a plurality of imaging apparatuses 11 which can image the position of the cellular phone transmitting the emergency notification signal from an imaging position storage means 25, displays a picked-up image of an imaging apparatus 11 which is the closest to the position of the cellular phone 21 among them on a monitor, and also selects and switches picked-up images of the other imaging apparatuses 11 arbitrarily to display the picked-up images on the monitor.
