<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp which has a new function for clipping a piece of paper and an effective function for holding and fastening (pressing and holding) the piece of paper since conventional clamps fastened on a rail plate fixed to the front side of a shelf board of a merchandise display rack do not have force for holding and fastening (action for pressing and holding) pieces of paper, such as price tags and fliers, working appropriately, are prone to let the pieces of paper slip down and are not ready for a means for supporting the pieces of paper and are not user-friendly either. Ž<P>SOLUTION: As one of the clamp, a shape of crossing strings or rolling bending shape are formed to have a function that enables clipping a piece of paper in a clipping part set between two upper/lower lines of a rail plate or an operation part which protrudes outside between the two upper/lower lines of the rail plate and a supportable part is made. Furthermore, the part of crossing strings or rolling/bending shape have the function to be able to clip the pieces of paper. As the other of the clamp, a part (lever) working as a pressing and holding action is made so that the function for pressing and holding (pressing and fastening) the piece of paper can be effective.
