<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene-based block copolymer having both of high flexibility and transparency, which comprises two kinds of propylene-based (co)polymer components having high compatibility produced in a prestage and a poststage of a two-stage process. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The propylene-based block copolymer is obtained by use of a metallocene catalyst, by producing a random copolymer component of a propylene polymer or propylene with one or more kinds of α-olefins in the prestage, and producing a random copolymer component comprising three kinds of comonomers of ethylene, propylene and 1-butene each in a specified amount, in the subsequent poststage, to be included by 10 to 90 wt.%.
